I enjoyed blogging this week. I didn't feel any pressure to post, and yet I posted everyday (I'm counting the late Thursday post for Friday). Rather than a chore that had to be done, blogging felt like a good way of getting my brain into gear each day. It didn't always lead onto thesis work, but it was a nice way of reconnecting and articulating my thoughts about my project and, of course, my anxieties about it too.

One of the other things I did this week was to see the Ron Mueck exhibition at the Gallery of Modern Art (GoMA).
This piece, Woman In Bed is, I think, evocative of depression.
